I've had this book for years but have never read it for some reason. I actually brought it to work with me, because Tuesdays are a particularly slow day where I work, and I have this nice little plan to start a classic novel every Tuesday. In which The Unicorn Club is split down the middle in the war of the century. Time for a personal favourite: Jessica Takes Manhattan. No, it's not the smutty crossover with Watchmen that you always longed for; rather, Jessica goes to New York ( again), although at no point can she be considered to "take it" in any sense of the phrase.

 Well, after whining on in the comments the other week about North London charity shops being SVH-free zones, in my local one today I picked up not one, but two SVH books.
